Our client had previously experimented with various qualities of grinding media, yielding no satisfactory results. A thorough and comprehensive study of process parameters and ore characteristics was recently conducted by our team of grinding experts. Subsequently, our specialized FTR-16CR Max, featuring precise alloy chemistry and unique heat treatment, was selected.

The real-world application of our grinding media on-site resulted in nearly a 25% reduction in wear rates per ton of material ground compared to the currently employed grinding balls.
