HIGH ALUMINA CEMENT GRINDINGThe production process of high alumina cement differs from that of ordinary Portland cement. It involves the utilization of bauxite and lime as primary raw materials. The process begins by blending the raw materials in specified proportions and grinding them into small particles measuring approximately 100mm.
Subsequently, these particles, or lumps, are introduced into a kiln where they are subjected to intense heat until they reach their melting point of 1600°C. The resulting molten material is then discharged onto a steel plate and directed to a rotary kiln for the purpose of cooling.
Once cooled, the resultant clinkers are finely fed into a tube mill until they reach a desired fineness.
GMS-FTRSTEEL supplied grinding media specifically tailored for a special application intwo cement plants that manufacture high alumina cement. The production of high alumina cement involves process behaviors that differ from those of Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) production.
GMS-FTRSTEEL stands out as a unique and reliable supplier to these plants, providing grinding media of the highest quality. Our consistent delivery of proper quality grinding media has established us as the preferred supplier for these plants.
